 File — Box: 1, Folder: 3

Scope and Contents

From the Collection:

Agendas, Correspondence, Directories, Histories, Memos, Minutes, and Programs.

Among the documents in this packet is an important reflection by Gerard Weber on the history of the catechetical movement in the United States, especially the Weber and KIllgallon’s contribution. In this reflection there is also a very important tribute to the contribution of Sister Mary Michael O’Shaughnessey, O.P.

Also in this package are records of the annual symposium sponsored by the Weber-Killgallon Center. Buried in these files one will also find evidence of how the CTU library hired catechists from the Black and Hispanic Catholic communities to buy those catechetical resources of importance to those communities.
