Paul Bechtold notebook, 1964-1975
This document is a legal-size pad of paper, with handwritten notes in the manner of a daily log or diary. Entries are made by date; they range in length from two or three words to two or three lines. Marginalia and underlining in red ink often highlight key names or topics.
Bechtold very probably used these notes in writing his history of CTU, Catholic Theological Union at Chicago: The Founding Years, 1965-1975, History and Memoir (1993).
