Scope and Contents
Some of Gerard Weber's manuscripts for catechetical materials are in the collection, as well as his correspondence, including that between Weber and Cardinal John Cody. Other documents include ACTA Foundation agendas, minutes, budgets, by-laws, contracts, and documents related to the sale of ACTA.

Biographical Information:
Rev. Gerard P. Weber served in both the Archdioceses of Chicago and Los Angeles. As a writer of catechetical materials, his most well known work, Life in Christ, was co-authored with Rev. James Killgallon. Life in Christ, published in 1958, continues to be used today, and has been translated into many languages. Rev. Weber died December 22, 2009.
